The local salvage yard said they do not make a dome light for the 03 F150 with a sunlight, is this right?

Best Buy local says just to grab any old flush mounting dome light and bring it in, and they can make it work for about $40, is this reasonable?

Any suggestions on what sort of dome light to look for if there is no actual dome light intended for it?
