Default Does the bed extender have any hardware?

I bought a bed extender for my 99 F150. (flareside) It didn't come with any brackets or anything. I don't know if i am dumb and just don't know how to install it? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

There is a bolt on each side of the bed that looks like the bolt that the tailgate latches on to. This is where the extender clips on. The extender lock pins also push into the bed.

The bolt in the middle is where the extender clips in. You can flip the extender forward or back using just this bolt. The hole on the top and bottom is where the pin locks in to keep the cage from flipping up.
