My limited slip diff is shot and I'm considering buying an entire rear end with an open face diff. Can a non-locking (open face) diff be converted into a limited-slip diff easily? Would I be able to use the parts from the doa diff to convert the jy special? What would need to be done to complete the converison and about how much would I expect to pay a mechanic?
