I took out the GEM it was dry and clean. Put it all back together and still same problem. I did notice that with the key out and leave the drivers door open. The turn signal arrows on the dash click on for 25-30 sec. And then blink on off 4 times. Is this a code?

Go to Autozone and get a scan done.
