Check your tire treads and sidewalls for lumps.
.
I know what you mean but the Dodge guys use this term for front end shakes.

in my ol Exploder i developed the shakes and a new set of tires solved the problem. How old are your tires OP?

Same with Super Duty guys... I've watched it happen in a SD going down the freeway... looks pretty damn scary. I thought the "death wobble" only occurred on straight axle trucks though.

Only "bump steer" with the IFS front ends.

But when the rear diff fluid breaks down in a LS rear end, it can wobble bad enough to make anyone around you duck and cover. That CAN and HAS happened with these 10 gens. Shakes the entire truck and you can't tell where it's coming from. That just gets worse with time. I experienced that one way back when, thought it was the trans gone loopy. Changed the dif fluid and it went totally away within 75 miles.
