DDM tuning HIDS
#12
I have the ddm tuning kit as well. It took a couple weeks for me to get mine because they came from china. I took the big plastic piece off above my radiator and mounted it to the front side of I guess the radiator support I don't have pictures. But you can't see the ballasts at all the plastics piece doesn't sit back on there flush because of the width of the ballasts but you can't tell it unless you are looking for it the whole install took me about 2 hours but my lock ring for the bulb was different then factory so I had some figment issues and the plug that plugs into your headlight socket wasn't pre wired so I had to figure out which wire did what. If you don't run into issues I can't see it taking much more than an hour. The hardest part is mounting everything

Yea I ordered mine right after Christmas so they were backed up shipping wise. Kinda slow but the install took me around 2 hours just cause I was learning as I was going and finding where to mount the ballasts can be difficult.
And I did my fogs too which took some time

First I did my fogs an kept the stock lamps, still gives good light and matches the headlights which I really wanted. The hi/lo kit is different because it works the same as your current headlights, high beams and low beams are all in the sane bulb; compared to Chevys which have two separate bulbs for high and low. In my own opinion you won't need high beams cause these things are bright; I never use my high beams literally ever no matter the conditions or darkness. Once you get them in and go for a night ride, you will be amazed at the difference, they shine wide like high beams but far as well

Yes and like Jake said I think the only difference would be the controller; which costs an additional 15$ for that kit.. As long as it all works good when you hook it up (which I don't see why not) you probably saved money too haha
