Default dash lights

My dad has a 98 two wheel drive f150, the lights in the insterment cluster are half out. Only the right side of the cluster lights up, are the bulbs able to be replaced and if so how?

yeah you can replace them. you have to pull the cluster. to do that its pretty easy if you have i think its a 7 or 8 mm socket with about a 6in extension. first take out the piece around the steering wheel it just pops out. then there are 2 or 3 screws in the top of the hole where the cluster is. then there are i think 4 screws one on each corner of the cluster. then it just slides out the hardest part is getting the wires out but its not that hard. then the bulbs just twist out.
