I have purchased and installed a single Din flip-out DVD Player and it won't flip out. Well it will but I have to have the entire bevel/molding that has the a.c vents in it. There is a round nose that is molded into the bevel and it prevents the screen from opening a 100%. Have any of you guys ran into this issue?

 

Pull the player out about an inch then put a 2 screws in it to hold it in place
