Default in dash CD/Dvd radios

what do you have to re-wire to make it so that you can uses the Dvd player while driving?

not sure on that. when i had a pioneer touchscreen flip out in my old talon, it had to be wires up differently. when my brother put in this Jensen in my 97 scab, it had to be bypassed with the remote control.

Go to an auto parts store and buy a 12v toggle switch . Connect your radio's parking brake wire to one terminal on the switch . Then the other terminal gets grounded . When your Dvd player tells you that you can't watch video while driving , flick the switch on then off . You now should see Video .

thats how alot of them are.. I have a AudioVox 7" flip out laying aroudn that never needed it and and i have a newer Eclipse in my f150 now and it doesnt need that either, just had to ground the parking brake to the standard ground wire ont he wiring harness..

I installed a kenwood 5120 in my truck and just wired the brake wire to ground. works anytime..
