That is a pretty sweet deal. Assuming they last five years each time and it costs under $100 for the repair, I would give that shop a lot of business (if they know their stuff).

So, let me start with i have a 2000 4.2L 4x4 single cab manual truck and both of those boots on mine are busted all the way around the boot, fml lol, it makes a popping sound if i am at the chic fil a drive through and i am turning hard left and i can slowly turn the wheel and i can hear it popping. i will have to hold off on changing these tho, my right rear leaf spring is coming out of alignment with all the rest of the springs so i gotta fix that first. Good info in here tho thanks guys.

For the record.... Cardone makes a heavy duty version with upgraded boots.

Years ago i worked for Western Auto Parts House . We sold MOOG frontend parts exclusively . If you can find MOOG parts they are LT warranty and some of the best on the market .
