1 inch lower on this front axle should not matter on its input shaft since it is much longer and would increase its angle a very small percentage.
but that same inch and small increase in input shaft angle would make a huge difference on the output half shafts.

anyone tried this or looked at it?

i was also thinking a similar thing could be done with steering rack to decrease those angles but a longer shaft/steering column mite be needed?
I would like to know this also! Because my tie Rods rub my frame bad!

That's exactly what a well designed quality lift kit does. A quality 6" lift, will have everything running at the proper angles for a good ride and long life.
Cheap out on a 2" or so called "leveling kit", and everything will be out of wack.

Leveling keys are made to get extra rotation on the torsion bars to compensate for heavy items, such as a plow, that sag the front end down. They aren't designed to lift the front end past it's normal designed height, only to bring it back up to where it's supposed to be.
