Really? I've got the same setup as you and my tires rub if I goose it in reverse with the wheel cut 3/4 of the way with 33"ers... But that's cuz of the Wheel spacers... so I trimmed the valance a bit and cranked up to that 27 1/4" hub to fender and it's been fine.

Do you have your stock 2" blocks on top of the 4"ers??

Haha yeah, They are the same blocks from a RC 5" lift... 4" tapered under the stock 2"er... That's how Rough Country does it...

You must be havin the same problem I was! Dude the axle wrap was disgusting... clicking and knocking when I juiced it... It was because the U-bolts were like 1/2"ers or 3/8 or something... So I sprung for the ones from the RC kit, 3/4" in there now and there's no axle wrap anymore, effin sweet haha
