Anyone here have a custom Fab bumper they built them selves if so how difficult? what did you use? and how much?

i just made one. it is like road armors bumpers. i used 3/16 steel. it wasnt difficult at all and it cost about $180

ill post pics later. im at school

Yes I used a millermatic 220 volt. Solid wire on co2

Hey that's a pretty sweet bumper! I like how you put pictures of how you did it. Makes me think I could do it. How much plate did you use?

I bought a 9ft long 12in wide 3/16th thick steel plate. And basically tacked to the frame. Then I marked where I wanted the bends to be. So I did like a half cut where the bends are gonna, then just bent the bumper to where I wanted it. I did that for every bend. Then I went and bought a 9ft long 4in wide 3/16th plate again and made the top part. But first I made stencils out of cardboard for everything. I'll just do a how to for yah lol
