Its probably a 2 piece light, meaning the light itself comes apart from a bracket ...he prolly used a self tapping screw and screwed the bracket to his hitch then bolted the lights to the bracket... Thts how i did mine atleast

That's one problem with my truck, I don't even have a hitch receiver, only the bumper mount location for a ball. So any of the clean looking setups around a hitch won't work for me.
If I knew how to do a flush mount style in the rear bumper i'd love to do that...but I have no clue what all is involved in that

I just retrofitted 55w halgon fog lamps to fit in my reverse lamps.
