Default crush washers

hello all, I was wondering if there are better crush washers for the banjo bolts on the brake calipers. I purchased calipers and front brake hoses from autozone a few days ago. was able to install the driver's side without any problems. but the passenger side I can't seem to get it to stop leaking. when I bleed the brakes with the engine off I build pressure. but as soon as I turn the engine on the pedal goes to the floor and I notice a slight trickle down the caliper. have tried tightening and have changed the crush washer several times without any luck.have checked the brake hose and caliper where they mate and I don't see any problems. I've never had a problem bleeding brakes before, but this is driving me nut's. also while I was working on the front brakes, noticed the abs light came on. now my rear brakes are also leaking where the brake line from the front goes to the rear brakes. also can someone tell me what part that tee fitting in the rear where the left, right rear lines and front brake line attaches to? there appears to be a rubber hose attached to it that connects to the frame and the front brake line. I apologize for being a bit winded. thanks I have a 1998 f150 4wd with the 4.2l engine

Try swapping your old caliper back on and see if it leaks still. If it doesn't then the replacement caliper is fubar'd

The rear junction block is included with the rear brake hose. Uses hollow bolt that is the vent for the rear diff.

Tonyroc14, don't have the old calipers any more. had to turn them in to get the core charge refunded. Hey carcrazygts2, I didn't see any hollow bolt on the rear diff. will take another look tomorrow and maybe take a pic. thanks for the responses.

Was able to finalize the repair to my front brake caliper and rear brake hose. took a look at the torque specs in the repair book and was able to seal the leak. initially I thought that I was tightening too much, but I guess it wasn't enough. the rear junction block on the brake hose was a pain to get off because of the rust. sprayed it with pb blaster and was able to loosen it by carefully striking it with a hammer. thanks for the advice

Do you mean washers? I'm pretty sure you need one on each side of the banjo bolt.
