After having the recall fixed on the brake switch done a little bit later my cruise quit again and now my horn doesnt work when the truck is running ?????

 

Have you checked the fuses? I think the horn and cruise are on the same fuse if I'm not mistaken. But may not be since I'm understanding your horn works with the engine off?

 

I have a 2015 Ford F150 and just had the recall for the adaptive cruise control applied. My normal and adaptive cruise control no longer function after the fix. Scheduled to go back to dealer to see what is going on. Has anyone else had the recall applied and have issues?

When i got mu '15 the cruise control did not work, all the collision control and lane tech is connected to the cruise so it did not work either.

They said the software update messed up and they had to reinstall the software....they had to call Ford to trouble it......worked after that. Just take it in, they should be able to fix it up...
