Default Cranked t-bars and shocks educate me

A week ago this happened to me I know everyone says you can crank torsion bars and front shocks will be OK guess not for me, but I use this Expedition like a Jeep twisting it up sometimes

The only longer shock I have found are Rancho they make a 2" or 4" longer and I can't decide what would be best for my needs

That's going to pull through since it doesn't have the rubber and washer on the top. It looks like the rbber might of been on top, but there certainly wasn't a metal washer or it wouldn't of pulled thru.

Theres a retard involved.

What do other side look like?

The mount flange is sandwiched between rubber bushings and thick metal backing plates. Its impossible for that to happen.

Correction, it SHOULD BE impossible lol but clearly it is not. Obviously it either wasn’t mounted right in the first place or some serious flex and old rusty plates broke

As stated in first post there is a lot of flexing evolved that is why I'm asking about longer shock

As others have stated even with flexing that shouldn’t have happened, hence why I mentioned rusty parts... anything rusty? If not you’re abusing the truck a lot harder than you’re letting on lol
