Default cranked the t-bars.

Well I have a 2003 F150 Sport 4x4 (I'll post pictures later when I get home) and I finally cranked the t bars to get some more height. Ended up raising the front about 2 inches, and I'm very satisfied. Just a question: the t bars will stay fully cranked right? They won't loosen which in turn would lower the truck again would they? I couldn't see this happening but I just want to put any worries to rest, thanks.

they should stay right where you want them, get your truck aligned too.

There conected to your control arm and the bolt you tighten up is on the end of a long rod, just crawl under your truck behind your front tires and look up and you'll see them.

To the op, no the won't loosen up and you shoud get a 3" block for the rear to replace the factory 2" block.

look under your truck, youll see 2 bars running from the front to about the middle of your truck, those are your torsion bars. at the end of the bars at the middle of the truck there is a vertical bolt that you can turn, clockwise will lift the truck and counter will lower it, make sure if you do it you lift the front end off the ground to take load off the front suspension. Make sure you count how many full turns you do to one side so you can do the same to the other side, its good to have the truck aligned after so you dont wear your tires oddly, it will also stiffen the truck a little. cranking them will put more wear on front end parts and if you go high enough youll max out your shocks.
