if it has them but im almost 100% sure no 2wd's have T-bars in that gen F-150.

like the other above said, no tbars but a cheap alternative could be coil spacers and a block

what do you mean by that? if you mean how coils look, then its basically a giant spring. torsion bars are two bars going to your lower control arms from a crossmember somewhere around the transmission/driveshaft area, cant remember the exact place but its around there. i was pretty sure all 2wd's had coils though.

once youre sure its coils and you measure it all, you can get the spacers on ebay for like 50 bucks. thats a lot cheaper than anywhere else i know of. some people dont like to buy them since its ebay, but me and my dad put them on his '06 and theyre just fine. i got my torsion keys for 50 bucks off ebay and theyre workin great as well.

How much do coil springs run for and do you know of any pics with that set up

its the spacer you need, not a new new spring. ill try and find one and post a link, if i cant ill take a picture of how it looks on my dad's tomorrow morning.

*edit - my friends, not my dad's. my dad has an 06.

this is just leveled, not lifted. this person probably could have bought bigger spacers and put blocks in the back to lift it an inch or two. cant find any pics of that done though.
