I've been trying to search for it but no luck... Does anyone know of a link to a write up or how-to on swapping from packs and wires to cop? In my 4x4 swap I had to swap the engine bay harness with the 4wd and it had packs and wires where as the 5.4 is cop and I would really like to keep it that way

 

Guess ill do the wiring work and try to do a write up

 

use the engine harness from 5.4 with COP's then just have the pcm reprogramed

 

The connector to the main harness is different

 

Should be as I am using one from 03. Then try to find the main PCM harness It is seperate from a complete chassis harness

 

Well you have three plugs on the firewall that the engine harness connects to. Two big square ones and one little one the little one is different

 

This is gonna take awhile lol I've started on it and taking pictures along the way
