Default Are Cooper STTs still made?

I know akwardly worded question anyway my buddy had a set of them on his 97 I offered to buy them sinc eh enever drives it because of gas mileage, yet he'd rather just let them sit on a truck that sits in the yard. Anyway while talking to him he said they'd been discountinued. As I was looking online I found 2 places that sell them. Sears online sells thme in two sizes neither of which would fit my rims and then I found onlinetires.com which carries them in many sizes. So I ask if thats true or is their website just not update? I was really considereing the STTs after I saw them on a buddies truck until he said they were discountinued. Then I'd finally settled with possibly getting the ST Maxx but reviews are scare so thought I'd ask around, yet again. I was done with tire threads but this one bothered me sinc eI really wanted the STTs but believed they were unavaliable.

-On another note for anyone whos bought tires from discounttiredirect.com have you bought the replacement certificates or just said forget it? I ask because $118 for replacement cerficats is spendy yet could be worth it unless they're totally unecessary.

Yeah they still make em unless they discontinued them in the last month. They have em on discount tire direct. Toyo mt have the same tread pattern but a harder rubber compound that lasts longer. Food for thought

You're right, After looking a bit harder I found them on DTD.com sadly the largest size they have for a 16 inch rim is 265/75/16s on DTD. This other site I was talking about has them in the 285/75/16s but I've never heard of them before so I don't know what to think of them. Anyone have opinions? Also where could I find the Toyo MTs online for sale?

Theres the link to the sight and size I'm looking at, ignore the part about my car being the Monte idk why it came up with them for my car.

Be warned toyos are usually considerably more expensive than the coopers. I would still get the toyos though if I were you. If they made 285 70 17 I'd be all over them.
