Cooler rack for uws tool box

Any body know where you can get these grab bar / cooler racks to go on top of tool box? I googled everywhere I can't find it. I want to weld one on what I got now . Thanks in advance

Why not just bolt a couple stainless or aluminum grab handles for semi trucks onto each side. Or idk, set the cooler down in the bed like normal people lol
