Either a compression or a system pressure test will give you a better idea than what we can say. We can guess all day (mine----head gaskets, coolant going out the pipes), but you will have your answer soon. Let us know what you come up with. If you'd had puddles, I might of guessed intake, but no mess, no intake leak. lol

With no puddles I'd look at the water pump while it's running

My wife has a Blazer and was also loosing water at a pretty low rate as well. Everyone said Lower Intake Manifold gasket which is a ***** ton of work so I told her just keep an eye on the coolant and we're letting it ride for a while (like till we sold the POS ) Well a few months later I had it on a lift doing oil change. When I started it to look for oil leaks I found the water pump was dripping ONLY while running. Been 5 months and coolant hasn't changed level since

Check the front of your plastic intake manifold where the coolant crossover is! The plastic underneath the crossover cracks overtime. Mine leaked there filling up the engine valley and coolant can also leak into your sparkplug holes shorting out your coils. Hope this helps!

Ah. It's a coolant fairy. Slowly and slowly it will take more. You have to park your truck next to a Cheby and it should migrate to it. If not try to park next to a dodge with extended moose mirrors. Usually that does the trick
