Default constant speed

Hello again. 2001 F150. At any speed between 20 and 40 MPH when I take my foot out of the gas pedal the truck keep that speed. Is like using the cruise control. I take the throttle body apart and clean it good, change the idle air control valve and nothing change. Any ideas? Thank You

Unhook the cruise control throttle from the throttle body and see if that helps. That will help narrow down where the problem is.

Make sure the throttle cable and cruise control cable is moving freely as well as the spring on the TB didn't break or if the TB blade isn't sticking.

Once you remove the throttle cable from the TB you should be able to hold the tube of the cable while pulling on the cable itself it should move freely, you can actually hear the gas pedal hit the floor when you move the cable back and forth.
