Default Computer not ready

Just got back from inspection. Installed new battery weeks ago and put on over 300 miles everything reset but the evac. does any one know the reason for this. Went to auto smart and they told me to disconnect the battery again and drive it. Is this the answer. It's a 4.6 2003 super crew.

In bold, -definitely not the answer. To execute the EVAP monitor, conditions have to be met, - NEVER disconnect the battery or all monitors will reset to default. Make sure no DTC's are present.

Look to the Ford Company Drivecycle to execute properly, -
