Looks like i'm into the manual yet again....i've had cold morning stutters also...but got the coil codes on three sets. When day is 45 degrees and above, no ses light and truck runs fine. MAF cleaning in a few minutes.

No, the flex on the boot allowed it to come out easily. I used a longer plug socket that I got from Harbor Freight. Put a swivel on it and worked just fine.
