Default Cold air draft driver side

Just noticed it today since it's 25 degrees outside, there's a air draft coming in from somewhere and hits my legs when driving. I tried using the "floor" switch with heat on but I don't feel anything. When I switch it to "panel" I can feel heat coming out of the vents, so I know the heat is working. When I have it on "floor" I can use high and hear it blowing but I feel nothing.

Is there a blend door or something that maybe got stuck open? Allowing air to flow in?

Thanks

I know on my truck there is a rubber grommet with a small slit for wires to pass through on the firewall near the steering column. Maybe the rubber grommet detached from the firewall.

No, all the time even when I shut off the blower. When I turn the heat to floor I don't get heat just warmer air but when I use anything els with heat I get hot air
