Please help! I need some direction...

I have a Febtech Long Travel suspension kit on my 2002 F150 2WD SuperCrew with a 5.4 V8 and I'm literally bouncing down the road...

I'm about to change the coil springs and replace only 1 (of 2) shocks per front wheel. Fabtech was kind enough to provide the specs for their -3 (dash-3) coil springs BUT I need the STOCK SPECS for the coil springs so I know to go softer but not too soft with the front end.

I have searched all over the web for this info and I've found good sites with extensive information about replacement equipment but haven't been able to track down any specs for STOCK springs.

Any and all input would be greatly appreciated! Thank you in advance for your time...
