Default Coil packs

So I need a new set for my 440 000 mile soldier.
Any good deals on quality parts?

Any reason why? I thought those should be replaced on an as needed basis. I just replaced #8 a couple of weeks ago. Good fun.

http://www.tascaparts.com/ford/f-150...=ignition-coil I just replaced them all. They were cheap Chinese one's or factory. And these are for 4.6's and 5.4's.

Which coil packs do you have? I am guessing if it has that many miles on the presumably OEM packs, it has these.

Or do you have these?

I have the 2nd type.
I`ve been having coil failures for a bit now and have been replacing them with good used freebees from a mechanic mate. But I tired of messing about and just want to get a new set.
I`m adverse to Chinese crap and was hoping for a reasonably priced alternative.

Has anyone here used any "performance" coils. im at 84,000 miles and have a 50$ summit racing gift card, which im going to use for my coils. Accel makes a set that get great reviews and MSD ignition has a set. Just wondering if anyone has used either of those?

P.S. Jabberwoki, amazon has a set for 50$ with an advertised lifetime warranty, may be a cost effective option for you.

There`s a set of Accels on flea bay, but how do you know the difference between the good ones and the cheapies? Of if Accel makes theirs in china and just mark them up?
