Question Coil Pack Testing

2000 Ford F150 Harley 5.4

I have a rough running engine. Code says cylinder 3 is misfiring (had to deal with these coil packs a lot).

I pulled coil packs 1 2 and 3 and tested the ohms reading on them. This is what I came up with (knowing 2 of these were ok) but I am not sure what the tolerances are....

Primary/Secondary ohms reading

Cylinder 1 (1.0 / 6.22)

Cylinder 2 (1.0 / 6.01)

Cylinder 3 (1.0 / 5.91)

Are these withing the threshold? I cannot seem to find a solid answer. Cylinder 3 is in question here.

Plugs are good. Just replaced them about 10k ago.

COP's all look fine. Upon removal, the cylinders were clean, boots looked fine.

yes, everything looks fine. I mainly just wondering if those readings look ok. I've also heard that these readings really only show you total failure and are not a good way of seeing if the pack is bad.

According to a Haynes book 6.5-11.5 k-ohms is the normal range.
