so, when i bought my truck the seller told me that he put a code in the keyless keypad entry to disable the beeping if you drive without a seatbelt. I was wondering if anyone knows of a list of these codes you can use to mod the truck? ive been googling, and googling. i cant find anything on modding through the keypad.
a link or any info would be greatly appreciated!

Normally the seatbelt disable is a key on/key off code (or something similiar in the cab) I don't know of anything the keypad can do besides unlock and lock the truck, and add a new code.

 

i dunno about using the keypad, I turned off my seatbelt warning following the procedure in the manual by turning key to on position unbuckling and rebuckling a certain amount of times and a few others

as dumb as this may sound i was looking for one to turn the beep of when the driver door is open and the key is in, also to turn the cup holder light off lol

 

lol you can't disable those two things with a code. Just unplug the light and for the ding, take of the plasic on the column and remove the one wire that is mounted to a tab on the side of the key cylinder. Mine accidentally broke off putting the autostart in last time and i love it, it still dings for light and all and dings with door open and engine running, just doesn't ding with engine off an key in.
