ok .... I still don't have this figured out so any input would be appreaciated . Problem : truck runs like crap with code 352 . Acts like the cats are clogged up ? We put this motor in this truck out of my 98 a couple years ago . So far 1) all new O2 sensors 2) all new cats 3) new fuel pump and filter 4) new coil pack on second cylinder back on passengers side (it was burnt through the top) can pull that plug wire and can tell it's missing when it's off , so I'm assuming it's alright now 5) changed computer (passengers side kick panel) used the one from the same truck the motor came from . Was thinking that mufflers might be clogged from when the crap in the original cats broke loose ? Figured I can take out O2 sensor on each side to test that idea . Any other ideas ??

UPDATE: voltage is good.
no antifreeze
replaced coil (no difference)
computer that I replaced it with was the one from the truck that the motor came out of ....it was running great in that truck . I'm assuming they don"t just go bad sitting ??

Any other ideas ?
I gotta get this thing out of the shop so I can start on my next project plus I'm tired of looking at it

352 is a coil circuit issue correct? if thats correct, and youve changed the one coil, is it giving you a code for a single coil? If it isnt that, then check the resistance of the wires for the coils, possibly an electrical malfunction? If the computer is bad, the computer wont realize it has an issue(go figure). When my truck had PCM issues, i took it to pep boys (cause i worked there at the time) and had a diagnosis done on the electrical system, thats where i found out it was the computer. Its kind of a process of elimination kind of job. If youre an expert at electrical stuff its a breeze, however im not.lol

With that being said-

I know you said you changed the fuel filter, but did you check the fuel pressure? How do the plugs look? Possibly a vaccuum leak? Just throwing those ideas out there, you never know!

Good luck man!
