Default clutch problem

I have a 2001 4.2L 5 speed f150. Just changed engine works great, however having problems with the clutch. Tried bleeding it with no luck. Jacked up truck and can shift to gears. However lowered truck and can't get it in gear. Turn engine off, goes into gear but cannot engage clutch. Any idea(s) what to do next?

Aye... Sounds like something is binding up underneath... I'm not too familiar with manual trannys on newer pickups. I'd guess (and a guess is all it is as I'm not a mechanic, but I do have some knowledge) that maybe somehow your shift linkage is binding up??? Maybe?? Or maybe the clutch fork isn't lined up right? Bad throw out bearing, although unless it's completely shot, I've only heard of them making obnoxious noises as a warning that they are about to give... Thoughts to ponder, but all just guesses as I'm not familiar with the newer manual trannys and I'm not there to look at it
