Default clunking noise :/

i have a clunking noise coming from what sounds to be the rear of my truck. i can only really hear it when im slowing down going under 30 (i think thats partly cuz my exhuast). it does it really fast and then as i slow down the clunking gets slower and slower. my balance alignment and rotors are all good i just recently changed them. also, one morning i woke up and smelt like something was burning under my truck, it wasnt coolant i think it may have been tranny fluid? any suggestons?
