Default Clicking

I opened my f-150 this morning and the strangest thing..... My locks were clicking and a click was coming from under the dash.. truck would not start not even make an attempt.. Boosted it and it started fine..... I found that in the fuse pannel a yellow square fuse was where the clicking was coming from..... Called ford and found that this is the battery saver relay or something like that! Could this be my problem..... or is my battery shot? After shutting it off... it would not start again without a boost.
Also couldn't even open the window with the key forward nothing worked.
tks... Just found out that there is a sensor under the spare tire that causes this problem...... Is this ture?

Turns out that my alt was sending out serges which in turn fried my battery... All the funky things were caused by this.. So im told.. but now everything seems ok with a new alt and battery!
