So it's kind of hard to see in the pictures, but the clear cost on the roof is pretty much gone. Toward the front it's faded really bad. Toward the rear it's peeling and everything. Suggestions for a DIY? I appreciate the input.

 

Sand it and clear it. The bad spots just sand it till it looks fine but hazy and lightly sand the other areas. Mask off and spray clear coat.
