I recently just got my truck running and I noticed that my wipers will not come on and also when I put my key in the ignition there is no chime or even when I leave my lights on or door open there is no chime. My dome lights dont work either. Sometimes they all work and then it stops working but I notice when I play with the key in the ignition it comes on and off. I have already changed my ignition and ingnition switch but it still has same problems... Anybody have any ideas on what I should do?

It's a fuse, or a short. Start from the junction box.

 

I checked all of my fuses and wires and everything seems to be good but I am still having problem... The only thing I found is on the third brake light above back window the bulb was all black and burnt out and the connector was melted. Could that be the problem? The light is cracked to where water could get in it
