What are the chances that one or both 02 sensors have failed on bank 1. That's the only other thing I can think of that is on bank 1

Not likely the o2 sensor reports the problem and if the sensor was bad the PCM would pick it up not changing and set a code if it still runs good then if really suspect intake gasket
