I have a 2001 F150 super crew 5.4l 4x4 showing Bank 2 sensor 1 on scan 0 volts vehicle has went into keep alive mode and now showing codes for both banks rich, pin point the wires from 02 to pcm and have continuity. Replaced 02 sensors 2 times thinking received bad new one, and still have issue.
