Could my running to lean bank 1&2 be because of a exhaust leak at the manifold??

yes it can cause that. with an exhaust leak the precat o2 wont read right and adjust your air fuel ratio when its actually fine

So would that be why my fuel millage is so bad because it's running lean so it's putting more air and fuel in there to try to get it right it has a raw gas smell coming from the exhaust in the back
