i was looking for mods i could do to my truck on a low budget

I've done the zip tie mod and i am looking to do the gotts mod and i was looking for more mods to do

How much HP would I get from this? Would I feel the power difference? How much MPG would I gain or would it get worse? Always looking for more HP with better MPG.

Also you need to make sure your rear ball joints are there. Some peoples randomly disappear. It's a phenomenon.
