Default Changing shocks on lifted 1999

I have a 1999 XLT with 3 inch body and 3 inch suspension lift. My shocks are worn out and need to be replaced, what kind do i need to get?
Note: i bought the truck with the lifts and the current shocks dont have a brand name on them.

Go to summitracing and enter your specs. Most people around here like the bilstiens

Any shocks that are made for a 3-4 inch lift will work

Default Ford F150 2016 with 22s and 33s

Just had this done. I think it looks better with less rubber and more rim. So went with 22s with 33s.

I prefer less wheel more rubber... but, what does that have to do with shocks ?

The less tire you have the softer shock you need for the same ride quality (if it is even obtainable)

Agree with the Bilstiens. Installed them on my truck a couple years ago. Loved them so much that I also replaced my wife's SUV shocks and struts with Bilstiens when she needed them. She loves the ride quality pver stock. Honestly, to get better than Bilstiens, you need to spend a LOT more $$$.

Perhaps he's looking to join the circus ?

Iduno, first thing that came to mind is a clown in the drivers seat. What else would do that to a nice truck ?

I ended up getting fox shocks at a deal and really liked them but even at a deal they were more than the bilsteins.

This surprises me. I wouldn't have expected you to go for the big rims with low profile tires on a lifted truck.
