Is it a pain to change this on a 2001 F150 Lariat? Mine are leaking or is there a another way to fix it?

If the gasket has a tear in it replacing is your only option.

Or sell I suppose. Or replace the engine. Lol.

Coolant Leak

If leak is not from the Cylinder Head Gasket. Stop Leak is the Easiest way to fix it. Just make sure when you flush the coolant to used the Engine Block's Drain Plug.

Air Leak

Cheapest and Easiest Way with less effort is by using the Mighty Duck Tape.
A Combination of Duct Tape and Right Stuff or any other Anaerobic Gasket Maker.

Spray some electrical cleaner before dumping some Right Stuff gasket maker on the mating surface cover it with duck tape.. Start the engine slowly increase the RPM to vacuum inside. Turn off the engine. Don't use it until the gasket maker has fully cured.

If the Cost is not a pain for you & got proper tools like Torque Wrench PAY SOMEONE ELSE to do it for you. The hardest & most time consuming part of the job is cleaning the intake.
