Changing 4x4 switch?

I recieved my new 4x4 switch and i was wondering how to change it, from my knowledge seems like you just pull out the plastic thing around the radio and unplug the existing one? am i right?

Correct. The trim around the radio literally just pulls off. I turn the vents and there is room to grab the trim there. Don't pull by the vents.

Thank you! my new problem is, i install the new switch and the 4x4 light is on on my dash! I dont even have the tranfer case motor attached! i feel like this is a good sign?!?!
