Changed out my first flat...
Got a flat on my way home from work today... First one I've had on my f150, so a bit of a learning experience.
I am SO impressed with the clever system for stowage of the spare! I thought to myself "well, this is gonna suck" but it was really easy! Being able to lower the spare down to the ground by winch is an act of genius! The jack was easy to use, the wrench had plenty of leverage, and mounting the handle under the hood is perfect! Well done Ford!

My first flat on my ford was in Colorado springs and i was 11% outside and a damn highway patrol sat in his nice warm patrol car and watched me freeze!!! I couldn't feel my fingers it was the worst time ive ever had changing a tire.
When I had my ole 94 ranger I have 4 blow outs in a 9 day period.... Only changed one of them on the side of the road. The others I just drove back home... Turns out our airs gaige was 40 pounds UNDER what was actually in the tire!
