Cb antennae wire

Quick question.. I have my cb antennae wire ran alongside my rca cables for my sub.. Could this cause Inerference or signal loss ?

Yes. you want your coax as far away from any sort of power or other signal wires. I have mine in a cable shield and run underneath my cab to keep it away from my rca's and amp power wires.
