Default Cats!!!!!

K iv got a 01 f-150.. 3" cat back, pipe exits in front of my tire and it's a flowmaster outlaw. It's loud but not loud enough.. So I was wanting to know how do I cut my to rear cats off with out getting a check engine light???? Or will I even get one??? And is it really worth it like will I notice a big sound difference??? will I have to do some major tuning ??? Will it mess my engine up at all??? Or is it as easy as cutting them off replacing them with a pipe and good to go.???

Actually dude i just took mine off and welded some straight pipe, so far no check engine light, sounds louder and cleaner, and i can actually feel some hp/torque gain too
