what are the DTC's ? I take it you have never looked under your truck ? I believe it has 2 pre-cats and 1 Cat.

You can save some time and crawling around by web searching the exhaust system for your truck.

Google images will have diagrams but pay attention to the headings as there will be many different years, engine sizes and wheelbase configurations that come up.

If you know what code comes up you may be able to find out what one needs replacing.

Does it hurt that bad to bend down or do you have trouble with the counting part?

Four Cats, no pre-cats on Fords. The Code you have tells which side, but since you didn't post it, you'll have to think that much harder.

Good Luck!
