Default Cat Question

So im about 99% certain the rear cat on the driver side is busted. It rattles and vibrates to the point that i cant stand it so i want to replace it. Can I replace just this one cat and call it good? If it is busted up on the inside can it cause my truck to run and idle rough? It is an intermittent thing and I am not throwing any codes. Im just trying to get all the opinions I can. Thanks in advance y'all.

*by intermittent i was referring to the truck running rough... the cat always rattles. lol

I have the same problem, it's my passenger rear cat though I deff feel like there's a loss of power and the rattle is annoying as **** its just at idle in drive or reverse , but yes you deff can just replace the one cat and it be good
