Thanks guys, I've got 6 more plugs and coil packs on the way, hopefully running smoothly after next weekend!

My truck wouldn't. It acted like a carbureted engine that was extremely cold natured, plus other weird ****. It was not happy at all with the MAF unplugged.

Loading up the parts cannon and firing it at all of the cylinders may or may not be fruitful, especially if the actual fault happens to be one of the recently installed parts. If you do not do the proper diagnosis, you're setting yourself up for potential disappointment and failure. I learned a very long time ago that a part is not automatically "good" just because it's new, it has to be proven to be good.

Use your live data capabilities in Mode $06 to look at the single cylinder misfire counts and drive so you induce the symptom. Those counts will quickly point you to the problem cylinder(s).

I have to disagree with the philosophy regarding both the replacement of all of the COPs if one fails as well as using only MC/Denso coils. On my 01 V10, I've been running two $13 Rockauto COPs along with the factiry originals since around 2013. Mileage on the engine is now around 185K. Plugs have about 30K on them. YMMV. Feel free to follow your own comfort level.

Parts came in today, I'll hopefully have everything installed tonight... I wanted to follow up and see what everyone thought of the fuel pressure reading? Is 28psi while running within the specs for this engine? I've looked everywhere and find multiple different recommendations and ranges but cannot find what the actual pressure should be.
